My 20 year-to-date career in travel began with British Airways when I spent five years learning the ropes and working in sales for Executive Club members.
From here I moved on to Travel 2, starting out in a role in Reservations, quickly moving into the Tours department, and becoming a Team Leader a few years later. My highlight would be the creation the Simply Luxury Dept and being responsible for its success and growth over the next six years. Ready to commit to a new exciting challenge in May 2018, I took up the position of Team Leader of USA, Caribbean, Mexico and soon to be Canada team and I’ve loved every minute!

Too many to choose from but if I had to pick one… Banyan Tree Phuket. Private pool parties with total seclusion, bikes to buzz around in, the best breakfast on the planet and the most beautiful Thai hospitality. Bliss!
My favourite place to travel:
I recently embarked on a road trip of the Deep South taking in Nashville, the Kentucky Derby in Louisville, Memphis, Natchez and New Orleans. A magical journey of music, history, amazingly friendly people and plentiful bourbon! I would recommend doing this as a two week road trip, making sure you pre-plan a few of the important experiences along the way. The honky tonks and country music history of Nashville; Graceland and Sun Studios in Memphis, blues dive bars and antebellum history of the Mississippi Delta; Steamboats, art galleries, French inspired architecture and jazz bars in New Orleans. A trip of a lifetime!
