I’ve sold cruise for the entire 20 years I’ve been in the travel industry and it’s been fascinating to see how it has evolved. My favourite ship is definitely Azamara Quest, the food was the highlight of my trip and I took full advantage of the delights on offer. One of my favourite restaurants on board is called Prime C where the steak was cooked to perfection.

As a destination for cruise, I love Dubai. With its cosmopolitan feel, the beautiful sights of the Burj Khalifa and the desert resorts, it’s an ideal choice for any type of traveller.
