With 17 restaurants, cafes and lounges plus the availability of private dining options, guest are invited to sample the finest international flavours at The Broadmoor. Begin the epicurean journey in The Hotel Bar on the Mezzanine Level. Sip a whisky sour while revelling in great conversations with old friends in this Gentleman’s Club-styled bar. Next on the menu is dining at Seven Falls in Restaurant 1858. The menu showcases traditional Rocky Mountain flavours with a nod to the heritage of the Old West. The evocative setting at the foot of the Seven Falls makes for everlasting memories. For special occasions, celebrate with family in the Forbes AAA Five-Diamond Penrose Room. With venues catering from 20 to over 1,000 guests plus the availability of the historic Pauline Memorial Chapel, a dedicated Wedding Coordinator will take care of every detail.
