The suites are located in the main building at the centre of the resort, with quick access to the swimming pool and views over the central courtyard and gardens, while the villas are dotted throughout the resort grounds, creating a peaceful ‘village’ ambience. Some villas feature their own private pool or Jacuzzi, some enjoy beach frontage and the new Spa Pool Villas offer more than 285 square metres of contemporary luxury accommodation.

Surrounded by colourful tropical plants and linked by winding pathways, each of these premium villas is decorated with teak wooden furniture and timber flooring, with bright Thai silks lending splashes of colour.

Eat

Santiburi prides itself on delivering outstanding dining experiences, whether a hot, cooked breakfast, a lavish seafood buffet or signature cocktails on the beach. All the resort's restaurants enjoy a refined yet relaxed atmosphere, with guests of all ages welcomed. Cuisines include global favourites and Thai spcsilties.

Vimarnmek is the venue for breakfast, where guest can enjoy a delicious buffet or dishes cooked to order at the live cooking sataions and dine indoors or on the garden patio by the pond.

For a snack, brunch, lunch or dinner - Rim Talay is a firm favourite. Overlooking sparkling Mae Nam Bay, Rim Talay lets guests enjoy the cool sea breezes, under shade of trees and umbrellas. This beachfront venue also offer a themed buffet every evening.

Sala Thai serves up authentic Thai cuisine in casually elegant environment. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls allow guests to enjoy views over the garden, while outdoor seating gives diners a glimpse of the stars.

The Lounge is comfortably furnished in a modern Sino-Thai style, it’s a great place for an aperitif before dinner or just to retreat to with a magazine or book in quiet. The Lounge alos hosts a complimentsry sfternoon tean at 4pm every day.

Play

Enjoy complimentary kayaks, catamarans, windsurfing boards, laser sailboats, a selection of different Hobie cats and a Starboard GO are viable from the Watersports centre.

For a more relaxing time, there is the stunning free-form swimming pool, one of the largest pools in Asia, where the Beach Butlers provide towels, cold, bottled mineral water and two fruit and ice cream servings per day, both by the pool and at the beach. A separate, shaded kids’ pool is located by the main pool for our younger guests to enjoy.

Just 10 minutes away is the resort's own Santiburi Country Club (par 72 and 6.930 yards). This 18-hole Championship golf course has been an essential stop on the PGA Asian Tour for many years and is considered one of the most beautiful courses in Asia. Guests of the resort receive priority tee times, and can enjoy the convenience of a complimentary shuttle bus from the resort. There is Club House with restaurant, changing facilities and pro shop, a driving range and golf clubs and shoes available for rental.

Unwind

Santiburi by Bhawa Spa is a stylish oasis of serenity in the middle of our resort gardens. A red stone walkway leads up to this luxurious facility where there is a selection of beautifully designed treatment rooms, each offering a different Thai-inspired aesthetic. The spa includes a Turkish massage table and shower therapy room, indoor baths, outdoor deep soaking tubs, traditional Thai massage rooms and a special photographic studio where guests can have a souvenir photo taken in traditional Thai dress.

All Bhawa Spa treatments are designed to balance of body, mind and spirit, drawing from natural therapies combined with modern and ancient massage and wellness techniques. Local ingredients, such as coconut, rice, betel leaves and Thai silk are used, and everything from kids’ spa packages to anti-ageing peels are on offer.

Family

Aside from watersports and swimming, the Kids’ Activity Centre has a table tennis, darts, a library, a video games room with PlayStation and an array of other toys and games. The Activity Centre hosts fun workshops in traditional Thai arts and crafts, painting batik shirts, making gel candles and the most popular class - a Thai cooking lesson.

Children can also use mountain bikesthat they can keep throughout their stay, letting them explore the different areas of the garden. For younger children, the Kids’ Club (open from 10am to 4pm) accepts little ones from ages three and up, giving parents some free time.

Once per week during school holidays the resort organises family days with fun competition matches in jump rope, basketball and soccer, plus painting classes and sessions where they plant tropical flowers. There are also Thai acrobatics shows and elephant education sessions, with complimentary refreshments and a kids’ buffet at the end of the day.
