The restaurants at The Brando, Beachcomber Café and Les Mutines, feature dishes from the imagination of chef Jean Imbert, chef of the Plaza Athénée in Paris. The food elegantly balances Polynesian inspired dishes with classic French cuisine and east/west fusion using only the freshest ingredients, including fruits and vegetables from the resort’s own gardens and orchards.
The resort is also home to two bars - Te Manu Bar and Bob’s Bar. Te Manu sits on the second floor and offers guests private, treetop seating areas and spectacular views of the lagoon while Bob’s, in its relaxed beach setting, is perfect for an early evening cocktail.
