Day 1 - 3
Arrive in Seychelles and transfer to the Constance Ephelia, where you will stay for three nights on a half board basis. Situated by two of the most beautiful beaches on the island of Mahé, overlooking the Marine National Park of Port Launay, Constance Ephélia enjoys a unique location.
Day 4
Depart your hotel and make your way to the port, where you will board PONANT'S Le Jacques-Cartier and begin your 15 night All Inclusive cruise.
Day 5
The first stop is Praslin Island. Praslin is the second-largest island in the Seychelles, its idyllic beaches, where granite rocks nestle in immaculate sand, correspond perfectly to how we imagine the Seychelles to be. In the centre of the island, hidden in the heart of a stunning tropical rainforest, lies the Vallée de Mai Nature Reserve, listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Day 6
The next stop is Aride Island. Aride is an island in the Seychelles, situated a few kilometres north-west of Praslin. Listed as a nature reserve, this pearl of the Indian Ocean will seduce you with the beauty of its landscape of wild cliffs and fine-sand beaches. Sea turtles can also be observed on the island’s beaches.
Day 7
Dock at Curieuse Island. Situated off the coast of Praslin, Curieuse has a distinguishing feature: its red earth. Declared a national marine park in 1979, it is home to many underwater species, which can be discovered while scuba diving or snorkelling in the idyllic waters of the Indian Ocean. But above all, Curieuse is renowned for the hundreds of Aldabra giant tortoises that live there.
Day 8
The next destination on this cruising adventure is La Digue Island. 6 km south-east of Praslin, this small piece of land that looks like paradise is the third-largest island in the Seychelles. Turquoise waters just asking you to swim in them, lush vegetation sheltering giant tortoises, beaches of fine sand fringed with coconut trees.
Day 9 - 12
The next day is a day at sea onboard PONANT's luxurious Le Jacques-Cartier. While at sea, take some time to recharge before your next port of call. Lounge by the pool, visit the spa, treat your tastebuds at one of the many onboard restaurants or enjoy some entertainment.
Day 13
The next stop is Rasdhoo, one of the smallest atolls in the Maldives. Sitting at the heart of a stunning lagoon protected by a coral reef, this atoll is truly a paradise for lovers of the underwater world.
Day 14
Dock at Baa Atoll. At the heart of the Indian Ocean, discover Baa Atoll in the Maldives. This exceptional site, listed as a UNESCO Biosphere Reserve since 2011, is a perfectly preserved tropical paradise. The fifty-odd islets that make up the atoll offer visitors long stretches of white sand and beaches with crystal-clear water, lined with palm trees.
Day 15
The next day is a day at Sea onboard PONANT's luxurious Le Jacques-Cartier. While at sea, take some time to recharge before your next port of call. Lounge by the pool, visit the spa, treat your tastebuds at one of the many onboard restaurants or enjoy some entertainment.
Day 16
The next destination is Galle. Discover Galle, one of Sri Lanka’s oldest cities. When your ship calls here, have a wander around the old town and its fortifications, which are listed as UNESCO World Heritage.
Day 17 - 18
The next stop is Hambantota. Established between two lagoons, Hambantota is known for the presence of wild elephants, whose population represents 10% of the total number in the country. This abundant wildlife can be observed a few kilometres away, in Yala National Park, the second largest park in Sri Lanka.
Day 19
Guests will disembark the ship in Colombo and then transfer to Kandy. On arrival sightseeing of the Kandy town, lake and Temple of the Tooth and also a visit to the Peradeniya botanical gardens.
Day 20
Arrival at Hatton, pick-up from the station, and transfer to town Sightseeing Sri Lanka’s beautiful tea-growing regions en route, including a visit to a working tea factory and estate, continue on to your bungalow to check in for the day.
Day 21
Transfer to Udawalawe, en route visiting the elephant transit home at Udawalawe. Afterwards, continue on your journey. On arrival, check into your hotel. Afternoon jeep safari into Udawalawe Wild Life Sanctuary.
Day 22
This morning, transfer to Yala, where you will enjoy an afternoon Jeep safari to Yala National Park. After your game drive, embark on an experiential journey of rediscovery, where adventure and relaxation welcome you. Arrive at your home amidst the wilderness.
Day 23
Enjoy breakfast at Hotel in Yala, then transfer to Galle and experience a sightseeing tour of the Galle fort and town, on your arrival.
Day 24
Check out from hotel and transfer to the airport for your flight home.
