Day 1 - 2

Day 9
New Zealand’s capital city Wellington is often referred to as ‘the coolest little capital in the world’, and with lively cafés, dynamic nightlife and a thriving arts scene, the city certainly lives up to expectations.
Day 10
Located at the head of the Queen Charlotte Sound, Picton is the gateway to the spectacular Marlborough Sounds, as well as a jumping-off point for wine tours, fishing, swimming and bird watching.
Day 11
A picturesque town with a stunning harbour formed in the remnants of a volcanic crater at its heart, Akaroa is home to beautiful beaches and wonderful wildlife including the world’s rarest dolphin. A French and British heritage influences the culture in this relaxed destination.
Day 12 - 13
Bordered by the Tasman Sea, the Scottish-influenced city of Dunedin has a youthful, energetic vibe courtesy of its large university, whilst white sand beaches and the nearby Otago Peninsula offer the chance to soak up sea air and search for unique wildlife including penguins and albatrosses.
Day 14
Famous for its abundant marine life, the waters around Kaikoura attract whales, dolphins and seals, and is one of the best places in the world to spot these marvellous mammals. The town’s seafood is also a highlight – don’t leave without trying the local crayfish!
Day 15
Often referred to as the ‘Art Deco Capital’, Napier’s cityscape was largely rebuilt in Art Deco style after a devastating earthquake in 1931. Discover its architectural charm on a guided walk and visit the Pania of the Reef statue or opt to explore Hawke’s Bay wine country and Cape Kidnappers.
Day 16
A lively coastal town with a subtropical climate, Tauranga’s golden beaches and lush parks are ideal for outdoor adventures. Dolphin watching, hiking and fishing are among the array of options here.
Day 17
Arriving in Auckland in the early morning, it’s time to say a sad farewell to the ship and friends you’ve made and travel to the airport for your international flight home.
