Airspace restrictions and closures remain significant across the region, although the UAE has opened some tightly controlled routing corridors from Dubai and Abu Dhabi, allowing for a very limited number of flights to leave the area.

We are advising that they follow the latest FCDO guidance and monitor their flight status closely. Our specialist teams continue to conduct welfare checks to provide support and assistance where needed. The UK government is also requesting that British nationals currently in affected areas, register their presence in those locations. They can do so using the links below:

For customers due to travel in the next 72 hours:

We kindly ask that they regularly check their airline’s ‘Manage My Booking’ portal for the most up-to-date flight information. Our teams are proactively prioritising these bookings and will be in contact where travel plans are impacted if we haven’t done so already.
